Articles of association
Pontes is an intermunicipal association in accordance with the decree of 22 December 2017 on local government. The functioning of this company and its administrative bodies is regulated and further elaborated in our articles of association. Here you will find the articles of association, as last amended and approved by the general meeting on 23 June 2022.
Annual reports
Pontes draws up an annual report after each working year. This report describes and explains the operation and financial results of the past year. Here you will find the most recent annual report. If you wish to consult an older version, you can always request the document by email.
Code of good governance
Pontes has drawn up a code of good governance which describes the role and responsibilities of the board of directors, as well as the composition of the bodies, the remuneration of the directors, information about the capital, the internal control and risk management system and the evaluation of the functioning of the board of directors.
Evaluation report
Pontes' governing bodies are appointed for six-year terms. After each term of office, a balance sheet and an evaluation of the past term of office are drawn up. The most recent evaluation report describes developments in the funeral sector and Pontes' operations from 2013 to 2018.

Twice a year, Pontes organises an information meeting for municipal councillors in preparation for the general meetings. Here you will find the presentation that was given at the most recent information meeting.
Decisions of the administrative bodies
Pontes publishes the decisions approved by the administrative bodies on this website. Below is a separate list of the decisions approved by the General Meeting and the Board of Directors, as well as the date on which this list of decisions was published.
